Where we come to
We are a mobile crew, so the service area is wherever we can reasonably drive. In practice that means Toowoomba and out across the Darling Downs.

Why there is no shopfront.
Almost every computer problem is easier to solve where the computer lives. The printer that will not connect is connected to something. The wi-fi dead spot is in a particular room. The server is in the cupboard behind the reception desk. None of that travels well in the boot of a car.
Working on site also means you see the actual setup rather than a description of it over the phone, which is usually where the real problem turns out to be hiding. It is slower per job than a workshop, and it fixes more of them first time.
A handful of jobs genuinely need a bench, mostly serious data recovery and long rebuilds. For those we collect the machine and bring it back when it is done, so you still do not make the trip.

What distance costs you.
Fixed callout pricing, which means the number you are quoted is the number you pay. Being further out does not turn into a surprise line on the invoice after the fact.
What distance does affect is planning. A job in town can afford a second visit if a part is needed. A job an hour out cannot, so we ask more on the phone beforehand and bring more with us. That is the practical difference between a town callout and a country one.
Ring or text and describe what is happening. A rough idea over the phone is always free, and it is usually enough to tell you whether it is a ten-minute fix or something worth booking properly.

We also get out to Highfields, Oakey and the towns around them regularly, along with plenty of properties in between that do not appear on any list.
If you are not sure whether you are too far away, ring and ask. The answer is usually yes, and if it is not we will tell you straight rather than waste your time.
