Is it worth repairing or should I just replace it?
We'll tell you honestly. If a repair doesn't make sense, we'll say so rather than take your money. As a rule of thumb, machines under five years old are almost always worth fixing — often with an upgrade that makes them feel new.
Will I lose my files?
We treat your data as the priority. Where the machine still runs we back up first, and even on dead drives recovery is often possible. See our data recovery service if you've already lost something important.
Do you fix Macs as well as Windows?
Yes — Windows laptops and desktops, MacBooks and iMacs, plus the odd Chromebook. All makes and models.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the fault, which is why diagnosis comes first and is free over the phone. You'll always get a firm price before any work begins — no surprises on the invoice.
