Will I lose my phone number?
No — we port your existing number to the new system, so the number on your van, your cards and your signage keeps working. Customers won't notice anything but better call quality.
What do I need for it to work?
A decent internet connection, really. We'll check your connection and network are up to it (and sort the network if not), then it's handsets or a simple app on your devices.
Can I answer the business line on my mobile?
Yes — that's one of the best parts. Calls to your business number can ring your mobile via an app, so you never miss one while you're out on a job, and your personal number stays private.
What if the internet goes down?
Calls can automatically divert to a mobile or another number, so you keep taking calls even if the connection drops. We set those fail-safes up as part of the install.
